Less conflict, more genuine connection and more harmony for everyone.

Every time you come into contact with someone, you make a transaction on the other person's emotional bank account. By accusing and demanding, you symbolically deduct a small or large amount from his or her account. On the other hand, if you try and make a connection, you transfer an amount to his or her emotional account.
